47 Click Pen - 6061 Aluminum - Clipless - Pentel Energel

Brand new design based on the very first pens I made now with the popular EnerGel refill. A new clipless mechanism uses a larger 4mm ball. The larger mechanism is very snappy and easy to use. Machined one at a time from solid 6061 Aluminum. This underrated material has a spectacular raw machined finish and is very lightweight.

A 0.47" (10.67mm) diameter profile and stepped nose section. This design is made to fit the Pentel EnerGel and other refills that share the 2.3mm nose diameter.

Unique one piece body design with no removable tip piece. Solid material is drilled out with a drill perfectly true over an extreme diameter to depth radio, in order to fit the refills tightly without rattle.

No batching ensures all of the parts fit perfectly together. Unparalleled warranty to ensure that you are entirely happy with fit, function and finish.

Tip bore drill is aligned and offset with great care and is machined to a tolerance of just 0.001" or 25 micron to a 2.3mm tip bore specifically for the Pentel EnerGel refill.

Click the button down and then return it by pinching the mechanism between your fingers, and the button will snap back. Threading has a high quality higbee start to make replacing the refill super easy.

This version is 5.30" (134.62 mm) long, 0.47" (11.94mm) in diameter, and 29.7g (1.05oz) and comes equipped with a 0.7mm Needle Nose Pentel EnerGel.
