47 Click Pen - 6Al-4V Titanium - Conical Nose - Pilot G2

I have put a lot of work into this new design. All new clipped mechanism for the 4mm detent ball. The action is very snappy and easier to work. Weight is up and feels very substantial. I Made one at a time from solid 6Al-4V Titanium. A  0.47" (11.94mm) diameter grip is very comfy to write with for longer periods of time.

Unique one piece body design with no removable tip piece. Solid material is drilled out with a carbide drill perfectly true over an extreme diameter to depth radio, in order to fit the refills tightly without rattle.

The clip takes an excessive six individual operations to create a unique one piece clip and click mechanism.

Tip bore drill is aligned and offset with great care and is machined to a tolerance of just 0.001" or 25 micron to a 2.5mm tip bore specifically for the Pilot G2.  This pen will not fit ISO G2 refills with a spacer, the tip bore is too small by only another 0.001" to eliminate the most wiggle for this refill.

Click the button down and then return it by pinching the mechanism between your fingers, and the button will snap back. Threading has a high quality higbee start to make replacing the refill super easy.

This version is 5.26" (133.60mm) long, 0.47" (11.94mm) in diameter, and 45.80g (1.62oz) and comes equipped with a Fine Pilot G2 0.7mm.
