40 Click Clipped Pen - 6Al-4V Titanium - Round Nose - ISO G2 (Parker)

I have figured out a new spring arrangement for the ISO G2 (Parker) refill that feels really good. Action is smooth and consistent with a lighter smoother feel. Clipless designs will be coming up again soon. Please note there is a limit of one item per customer for this release.

Made one at a time from solid 6Al-4V Titanium. The body diameter is 0.40" (10.16mm) with a rounded nose section and smooth uninterrupted finish. Minimal and clean design coupled with the Pentel Client refill. This design will fit all ISO G2 (Parker) refills.

Unique one piece body design with no removable tip piece. Solid material is drilled out with a carbide drill perfectly true over an extreme diameter to depth radio, in order to fit the refills tightly without rattle. No batching ensures all of the parts fit perfectly together. Unparalleled warranty to ensure that you are entirely happy with fit, function and finish.

The clip takes an excessive six individual operations to create a unique one piece clip and click mechanism. Pinch the mechanism between your index finger and thumb to retract the mechanism with a satisfying snap. The click and return is very solid and super satisfying. Tolerances, fit and finish for the mechanism are very close.

Tip bore drill is aligned and offset with great care and is machined to a tolerance of just 0.001" or 25 micron to a 0.0995" (2.527mm) diameter bore to keep the refill tip exactly in place. Threading has a high quality higbee start to make replacing the refill easy.

This version is 4.79" (121.67mm) long, 0.40" (10.16mm) in diameter, 27.2g (0.96oz) in weight and comes equipped with a Pentel Client M 1.0mm refill. The mechanism comes fitted with black ceramic silicone nitride balls.
